Director David Hale has an extensive background in aviation and sports medicine. He is an
Exercise Physiologist, Commercial Pilot, Licensed Skydiver and a member
of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), the Aircraft Owners and Pilots (AOPA) and the Experimental Aircraft (EAA)
Association. |

Hale received his undergraduate degree at the University of
Oklahoma and accomplished his internship with Carolina's Medical Center
in Charlotte North Carolina. He completed post graduate studies and maintains
certification with the American College of Sports Medicine. He served as an Exercise Physiologist in the cardiology department
at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, California, and he is a
Registered Physical Testing and Evaluation Specialist.
David Hale is an active member of the Aerospace Medical
Association, serves on the advisory board for Spartan School of Aeronautics
and is a contributing author to several publications including: Aviation,
Space, and Environmental Medicine, The Federal Air Surgeons Medical Bulletin
and Twin and Turbine Magazine. |

Clinical
Services Director C. Joseph Wine
completed undergraduate studies at Duke University and
received his Medical Degree from Ohio State University. Doctor Wine is a private pilot with a keen
interest in aviation medicine.
Dr. Wine is a board certified
Otolaryngologist, practiced as an Ear Nose
and Throat specialist at the Oklahoma City Clinic from 1971-1998 and
currently provides advisory and clinical services for Pilot Medical
Solutions.

Watt received his undergraduate
degree in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University
of Tulsa College of Law in 1988 and was in the top 35% of his class.

Pilot Representative David Martin received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Mercer University in
1977.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition and a Certified Flight
Instructor. Dr. Martin has 25 years of experience in medical

Stowell has extensive office and medical case management experience.
Carrie has provided FAA case management and
administrative staff coordination in Oklahoma City for over five years. |

support for our pilot clientele for several years. |

Mandy
Sykes is a graduate of Oklahoma City Community College and is a nationally
certified pharmacy technician. Ms. Sykes manages the Wiley Post
Airport office, has extensive experience in customer service as well as medical office and
case management experience. |

Donham attended Oklahoma City Community College and has served in management.
Ms. Donham has overseen DOT operations and transportation industry
files. |

Amanda
Scruggs attended the University of Oklahoma and has extensive clerical
experience. Ms. Scruggs received certificates from Moore Norman
Technology Center where she studied medical terminology and medical
billing. Amanda is the initial point of contact for pilots and
physicians. |
